Orlov was a senior adviser to the CEO and Chairman of DAS, an international division of Omnicom Group, before founding MTM. Orlov was also in charge of the overall marketing and brand positioning for all Volkswagen Brands’ portfolios in ASEAN and Greater China. When he was a member of Volkswagen’s core executive team, he was also jointly responsible for the commercial excellence of the company’s significant regional business. He was also a founding member of the Paperchase Retail Group, where he developed an interest in branding and communication.
